I thought we were gonna walk all over the antartic cause it is cooler but I am easy as to where we go - as long as we get there lol

1km swim - did it in 45 mins today - kept having to stop every 4th lap to check on the kids :lol: - am working my way down to the 30 mins for the km before I work up to the second km each time...

Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

Your swimming is going great Lolly. I take about 40 - 45 mins to do 1km as well. But I am starting to throw a little bit more freestyle and back stroke in there now. So hope to make it a little quicker as well.

Yesterday arvo - 5km treadmill
Yesterday evening - 1.5km walk with the dog
This morning - 13.2km on the cross trainer

Total - 19.7km

New balance - 176.9km to go

What about Cairns to Broome? I've always wanted to drive that, but my mum won't let me :lol: Might not be long enough though..

Wed 31/1: 16.2km
Thur 1/2: 6.8km
Fri 2/2: 6.8km
Sat 3/2: 5.7km
Sun 4/2: 16.2km
Mon 5/2: 11.3km (I won't count my walk tonight in case I don't go!)

Total = 63km

New balance: 95.2km

this arvo - 13.6km cross trainer and 2.2km treadmill
Total - 20.1km

OMG do you think we can make it tomorrow?

I know I can do my 3.2km in the morning and I am thinking about riding a bike to work which will add another 4.8kms if I get up early enough and organise a lift home with the bike (massive hill to get up on the way home and I will have Nathan with me....)
