Week7: DNW - Out of control with watermelons.

Challenge goal: 70 kilos

FatGarfield:

Week2: 51.9 kilos
Week3: 51.6 kilos (Diet only. Cant exercise due to injury)
Week4: 52.2 kilos (XMas time. Ate too much. Must eat LESS!!!)
Week5: 51.8 kilos (More celebrations, slowly add more exercises)
Week6: 51.7 kilos (Focusing on eating LESS...)
Week7: 51.5 kilos (Walking more, eating a bit less, more fruit)

Aim: No noodles, no coffee, little salt for a few days

Loss this week: 0.2 kilos
Loss so far: 1.5 kilos
Loss to go: 1.5 kilos

Challenge goal: 50 kilos

Hi Ally,
We went to the fruit shop twice on the weekend. So far we have bought 4 watermelons, each of about 10 kilos weight. In the next weigh-in, I will tell you how many watermelons are left. So far FatMonkey is eating watermelon, maybe he will turn to turn to a watermelon soon (just joking), if I dont eat mine quickly, he is after my plate of watermelon too. Yesterday he gave me the puppy eyes and I gave him half of my plate... Cheers...

thats ok fatgarfield :) yes you are right- think fo the rice puddings and noodles and so on when you reach your goal :) you will be fine and we are all proud of your progress :)
