After joining the "Summer Points Challenge" very late I'm only just appreciating the motivation it has given me to change my 0 points status to

. I'm now aiming for another
by next Monday.
But back to this challenge... I'm going to also award myself points for my good eating days - therefore the days I don't gorge myself on cakes, chips or whatever. I'm going to allow myself one treat a day eg. 1 mini split or something like that. For the days I get through by making the healthy choice I'll award myself a
and for 5 of those days it'll change to a
in keeping with the Summer Points challenge.
