Week7: DNW - Out of control with watermelons.
Week8: 70.5 kilos (Water-melon king, exercise and hot baths to sweat heaps...)
Week9: 72.5 kilos (Water-melon overdose + too much coffee & sugar) :oops: :oops: :cry:

Challenge goal: 70 kilos

FatGarfield:

Week1: 53.0 kilos
Week2: 51.9 kilos
Week3: 51.6 kilos (Diet only. Cant exercise due to injury)
Week4: 52.2 kilos (XMas time. Ate too much. Must eat LESS!!!)
Week5: 51.8 kilos (More celebrations, slowly add more exercises)
Week6: 51.7 kilos (Focusing on eating LESS...)
Week7: 51.5 kilos (Walking more, eating a bit less, more fruit)
Week8: 51.4 kilos
Week9: 51.6 kilos (Too many work and home celebrations. Ate out too often, stuff things up!)

Aim:
1) Must focus to lose the remaining 1.6 kilos in the next 3 weeks.
2) Must stay away from noodles, hold on to beans and water.
3) The battery of the scale just went flat. Got to buy a battery.

Loss this week: + 0.2 kilos :oops: :oops:
Loss so far: 1.4 kilos
Loss to go: 1.6 kilos

We ate 7 watermelons in the last 3 weeks, each weighs 10 kilos. FatMonkey eats watermelon with lightning speed.... Zoooommm.... We are happy but put on weight. Also FatMonkey started having too much coffee, sugar and biscuits. He was a bit stressed from work but it has to stop !!

The dentist went on holidays last week. I have to try to see if he is back this week to get rid of my wobbling tooth that is giving a bad headache all the time. The beginning of being toothless... aaaaeeeee....

oh fatmonkey! too much watermelon mate! haha. LOL. im sure you will reach your goals both fat garfield and fat monkey. you knwo what you need to do in order to lose the weight its just staying motivated and not giving in to temptations- which can be hard. keep at it and you will be fine! love reading your updates
