2) Must stay away from noodles, hold on to beans and water.
3) The battery of the scale just went flat. Got to buy a battery.

We ate 7 watermelons in the last 3 weeks, each weighs 10 kilos. FatMonkey eats watermelon with lightning speed.... Zoooommm.... We are happy but put on weight. Also FatMonkey started having too much coffee, sugar and biscuits. He was a bit stressed from work but it has to stop !!
The dentist went on holidays last week. I have to try to see if he is back this week to get rid of my wobbling tooth that is giving a bad headache all the time. The beginning of being toothless... aaaaeeeee....

So nice of your comments! I love reading your progress too. Your progress is always so admiring. I have to work hard. I will focus. The rice pudding will be there when I reach my goal.
