Week 10 already! Time is flying by at lightning speed :shock:

Stand by for my weigh in (either the bod or the scales are faulty at the moment... let's say it's the scales :wink: ). Tomorrow will be better!

Week7: DNW - Out of control with watermelons.
Week8: 70.5 kilos (Water-melon king, exercise and hot baths to sweat heaps...)
Week9: 72.5 kilos (Water-melon overdose + too much coffee)
Week10: 72.5 kilos

Challenge goal: 70 kilos

FatGarfield:

Week1: 53.0 kilos
Week2: 51.9 kilos
Week3: 51.6 kilos (Diet only. Cant exercise due to injury)
Week4: 52.2 kilos (XMas time. Ate too much. Must eat LESS!!!)
Week5: 51.8 kilos (More celebrations, slowly add more exercises)
Week6: 51.7 kilos (Focusing on eating LESS...)
Week7: 51.5 kilos (Walking more, eating a bit less, more fruit)

Comment:
1) Took the painful tooth out. No more headache. 1 big step.
2) Bought the battery for the scale.
3) Flat out at work. Got to do tax stuff at home. Also got to wait for max 3 weeks to find out if I need to find a new job. Nervous.

2 more weeks to go. I have to work hard.

fatgarfield: hope all goes ok with your job, i understand how stressful that can be, keep exercising and eat sensibly and you wont have to worry about a gain over that stressful time! best wishes

Dear Kate,
Thank you for your nice comments. At the end I have to look for a new job and I got one with my old boss. A lot of things happened last week. Fairly stressful. I put on weight and then I lost a bit, to be the same as last week. Still more to go.

I had such a bad headache when I heard that my job was on the way out. Took me 2 days to get over that. Lucky it took me no time to get another job but everything was in such a big rush.

oooh you are lucky fatgarfield to have another job to go to. nice :) i find that when im anxious or stressed i get headaches as well and a short fuse! concentrate on your health over the next couple of weeks so you can start afresh at your new job happy and healthy :)
