Lollys Feb Challenge

Postby Lolly » Sun Feb 04, 2007 11:00 am

This month I will get to 80kg - when I get there, I am going to race out and buy myself a new pair of swimmers (old ones are losing elastic around the legs and it aint an attractive look).

To reach my goal, I am going to eat ALL my calories each day and endeavor to exercise 5 times per week - for at least 30 mins at a go.
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

Today has been good - bit of a mini challenge coming up tomorrow.

It is one of the girls at works' birthday tomorrow. We were discussing mudcake this arvo, I managed to talk them all into a nice fruit platter and some fruit danish (which I WILL NOT EAT).

Hey Lolly just imagine that danish as it really is....a big pile of fat and sugar with a bit of crummy fruit thrown in!! Imagine yourself sitting down to a plate of that, you wouldn't eat it!! HOpe it all goes well for you!

I survived morning tea :D

There was one bit of danish left over that sat and sat and sat, I could hear it calling me all through until after lunch when suddenly it stopped. I checked on the plate when I went to get some more water - somebody else had eaten it

congrats on the danish resistance!!

I have worked in bakeries for many years (is that self sabotage or what?) and I can tell you, it aint pretty. All the cakes and bikkies that are commercially prepared, are made with this digusting white beef fat. It comes by the 25kg box, and you dig big scoops into it and put a generous helping into everything. So that's what was in that yummy looking danish. The fruit is generally gelatinous powder you add water to, and leave sitting there for a day or two.

It's disgusting!!!
