White beef fat

I'm never eating any cakes or biscuits again!!!

Well done on resisting the danishes Lolly :D

PS: Does anyone know what "suet" is? I know it is some kind of fat that you have to go to a butchers to buy :? Both my grandmothers use it in their christmas puddings

my aunty mentioned that the other day- he rmother used lambs suet (like the fat of the lamb) and made dumplings out of it for stews when she was growing up, apparently its really bad for you but a lot of elderly people use it in cooking

Haha, that's exactly what I need to stay off the more tempting foods in life - what else can you turn me off? I know the sausage story so don't need help there. Maybe a cheese and choc story? lol

I don't know if chocolate is made of anything particularly gross... but you can convince yourself that it is. Just imagine the most horrible thing you can think of (eg. vomit, dogs droppings, etc) and everytime you want to eat it, just imaging that is what it is made out of. Like that scene in American Pie, when he eats the dog's droppings... that kinda looked like chocolate cake :?
