Due to a malfunction in the scales I am having to withdraw from this challenge as I won't have the scales before this one finishes  .

I will be in time for the March challenge..

I wish everyone the best in reaching their goals in this challenge, you have all done so well!!

Hi Kate and Ally,
Thank you so much for your nice and supportive comments. With the recovering of the shoulder, removal of tooth, Christmas season and the job hunting, my weightloss fitness program has made hardly any progress. I feel that I let you guys down. Thank you for not making fun of me and instead, thank you for being so supportive. You are both inspirational and without you guys, I wont be able to make even the small progress I have made.

Super Big thank you to you both. I will focus and work hard. I want to be fitter and look better.

dont need to thank us fat garfield. we know how much better it is to lose weight when you have a supportive and understanding bunch of friends around us :) sometimes life gets us by and we lose track of our goals, it sounds like you can see your goals in sight now and we will be watching you reach them! yay!
