The next challenge will start on 1 Mar. I would be away on a month's holidays starting from 1 Mar.
I measured myself this morning. Slipping. Ate too much watermelons and noodles. Back to where I started 3 months ago. With the holidays coming, that would be 1/3 of the time for the next challenge. I will have a less ambitious goal.
During my holidays, there will be a lot of eating out. I will try hard not to eat too much after lunch. I will aim not to put on weight and to lose a small amount, probably negligible if any. I am nervous.
