Ok guys here is the GBOT Challenge

Weekly Goal
*exercise at least 3 times per week for 30 mins or more (1 star )
*lose 0. 1kg per week (1 star)
*drink 2 ltrs of water per day (1 star)
*subway only as takeaway per week 9gms of fat or less (1 star)

Monthly Goal
*lose 4 kgs per month
*learn to cook 4 new low fat receipes per month
* up exercise +10 mins a month
Monthly rewards only if completed
*buy a new cd
*buy book to read n veg out with
*put bids on 2 things on ebay

Long Term Goals
*lose 35 kgs
*fit into size 12 clothes
*find man of my dreams
*be able to feel proud when i go into town/school/outing with kids and know they are not embaressed by their "FAT MUM"

Long Term Reward
*Family holiday with the kids to QLD to go see tiger island with my new bod and new attitude

SW 107kg
CW 99.8kg
GW 65kg

Good goal setting Jules. It is great to write it down and be able to refer to it again and again. It tends to keep you on track.
