Okies Milkyway the idea of the challenge is that it is a personal challenge (no winners as such) you set yourself a goal....ie I want to lose x amount of kilos and you then have 12 weeks to achieve it. You can also add in other stuff for eg last challenge I had exercise goals as well.....eg: I wanted to swim 1 day a week, walk 5 days a week and exercise dvd 1 week. It is completely up to you how you structure it, however you do record your weight each week of the challenge. Record your starting weight tomorrow ( 1 march) and go from there....now some people record their starting weight tomorrow and then weigh in on their normal weigh day....others just take their weight from last week and go from there....please tell me if I have confused you more or if I can help you further!
