Alright Dee, out of the CC you come and whip that but into gear for the challenge!!! LOL

Okies Milkyway the idea of the challenge is that it is a personal challenge (no winners as such) you set yourself a goal....ie I want to lose x amount of kilos and you then have 12 weeks to achieve it. You can also add in other stuff for eg last challenge I had exercise goals as well.....eg: I wanted to swim 1 day a week, walk 5 days a week and exercise dvd 1 week. It is completely up to you how you structure it, however you do record your weight each week of the challenge. Record your starting weight tomorrow ( 1 march) and go from there....now some people record their starting weight tomorrow and then weigh in on their normal weigh day....others just take their weight from last week and go from there....please tell me if I have confused you more or if I can help you further! I wish you all the best!!

Hi all - could somebody please tell me the dates this challenge starts & finishes? I would like to participate in it but will be away on holidays from 4 May to 22 May inclusive so will not be able to my weight in. After 2 May I will not be able to weigh in on the same scales (at my slimming group) until 23 May. Will I still be eligible to participate in this challenge? I am aiming to lose weight while on holidays - so much so that I told hubby that wherever we stayed (in motels) I would like to have a swimming pool there!! Whenever I can't get to a pool, I have decided to go for small walks broken up into 10 minute time slots as I have osteoarthritis in both knees.

 Ooops Sorry Jane....it must have been someone else's post I replied to!! I can see no reason why you still can't participate in the challenge....you are going to be away, but still be back before the challenge finishes, so I can't see there being a problem!! There are no winners in this 12 week challenge, it is more of a personal goal......
