12 Week Challenge - March to May - Week 2

Hello all

Here is the week 2 thread so you may want to update here.

Week 1 - 58 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 2 - 58 kgs - Weight training - 2


Weight Goal - maintain under 60kgs.
Exercise Goal - do weight training at least 2 times per week.
Kim - To thine own self be true

Week 1 has been short since i joined late!!

I'm still at 69kgs, and i missed out on 1 training session! Opps!

Back on track tomorrow, i will try and loose a kilo by next week.
Start Weight: 70
Body fat: 36.3%
Goal Weight: 60 or below:

Week 1 - 91.8kg
Week 2 - 91.2kg

Have walked to and from the train station to uni but i haven't done much other walking. Still trying to get into the routine of work and uni. I'm in a wedding party on the 24th so am aiming for under 90kg by then, so totally doable if i get my rear into gear.

Week 1: 48.7kg
Week 2: 51.0kg

That's what a few days of binging will do to you :evil: All fluid but annoying all the same. A better result next week for sure (I've already come down a kilo in the last 24 hours, was up to 52kg)!

Forgot to say my challenge goal... it's a no brainer. Don't gain weight :roll:

Looking at winter fashions (already :shock: ) I'd love to be able to do that thing the girls do with the shirts under the jumpers/vests. Don't think I'll ever have the right body shape to do that though :( You never know though....

Sarah, im sure you could pull it off, try putting a nice think belt around your waist, it makes you waist look smaller, giving you a bit of a curvier look. Its very effective. I think its a great look.

Can I put today's weight in? I like it better than Yesterday's (damn TTOM!!) Nah, I'll leave it - then I get a bigger loss next week. 8)

I lost 1.5kg (although it was 10 days worth as I changed weigh in day from sun to wed)
