12 Week Challenge - March to May - Week 3

Had to post a week three thread, so that I could get this weeks's weight up here. Hope no one minds.

Week 1: 125.0 kgs
Week 2: 124.8 kgs
Week 3: 123.7 kgs

Loss this week: 1.1kgs
Total Challenge Loss: 1.3kgs

Not as great as I was hoping, but certainly better than last week.

Congrats on your loss Dee! I definately don't mind - I have been waiting to post my resluts too! Just not sure if we were 'allowed' to start it ourselves. LOL.

Week 3: 72.5

Week 3 - 57.8kgs - Weight training - 2


Weight Goal - maintain under 60kgs.
Exercise Goal - do weight training at least 2 times per week.

Week 3: 155.0kg

Loss: 1.0kg

Challenge goal: 144.5kg

kg to goal: 10.5kg


Exercise goals:

Walking: 5/7 - 2
WATP dvd: 2/7 - 0
Swimming: 2/7 - 0

will be stepping up to the plate this week. No swimming though for me until later in the week...if you know what I mean :wink:
