Hi all, just thought I'd post details of my challenge! My fiance' and I decided on doing a detox before our wedding, and we're starting as of tomorrow! I am only allowed juice all day (fruit or vegetable) and a soy milk each morning (gotta keep calcium levels up). My fiance' is allowed the same as me, except he will be having two small pieces of chocolate each day also. I'll keep you all informed as to how it goes!! And just so you know, the reason is not entirely for weight loss, it's mainly to give our digestive systems a well earned rest before the wedding, our honeymoon and before we start to seriously diet!!
Thanks guys!! We're starting today as we had a wedding rehearsal last night we forgot about and had to try the food!! So yeah, starting today! He's allowed chocolate as he gets headaches/migraines if he doesn't have a small bit each day! He's been to a few doctors and yeah, they all say he should have some each day as it's the only way to stop it It's weird hey!! I don't like chocolate anyway so I'm not fussed!!!
