Week 2 - 58 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 3 - 57.8 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 4 - 58.4 kgs - Weight training - 2


Weight Goal - maintain under 60kgs.
Exercise Goal - do weight training at least 2 times per week.
Kim - To thine own self be true

Week 2: 124.8 kgs
Week 3: 123.7 kgs
Week 4: 122.9 kgs

Loss this week: 0.8kgs
Total Challenge Loss: 2.1kgs

I'd like to be losing it quicker, but 2 kgs in four weeks is okay - at least the weight loss is consistent. :?

I managed to do the WATP DVD 5 out of the 7 days. Tried Walk and Jog last night and it nearly killed me. LOL.

Loss: 0.5kg

Challenge goal: 144.5kg

I am now back to where I started at the beginning of the challenge :roll: Oh well only down from here!!


Exercise goals:

Walking: 5/7 - 0
WATP dvd: 2/7 - 0
Swimming: 2/7 - 0

Much to my shame I did no exercise this week....the kids were sick and I was busy tending to their needs as well as trying to keep the house up together in the mean time....however I am kicking myself as I could have made time in there SOMEWHERE to have made an effort! grrrr

Don't worry Ally - sometimes we just need a break, back into it this week! I weighed in on Wed but have not recorded my results yet.

Last week: 72.5kg.
This week: 71.7kg
Loss of 0.8kg

Since then I have had a sneek peak at the scales - think Im going to be plateuing this week!
