Wow! And there were some really good losses all around this month. Congrats to everyone who participated. You should all be thrilled.
I feel like I'm on a roll now that I have gotten the portion control thing worked out, am eating healthier, exercising more and my clothes have loosened right up. It's amazing how much difference 4-5 kilos can actually make. Hopefully by Saturday I will hit my first mini-goal of 67kg. Haven't been that weight for a few years now and I will be in within a healthy weight range according to my BMI, which I'm only using as a guide.
I really think I can get to my goal weight by the end of this financial year.
