Week 1: 125.0 kgs
Week 2: 124.8 kgs
Week 3: 123.7 kgs
Week 4: 122.9 kgs
Week 5: 122.7 kgs
Week 6: 123.1 kgs

Total Challenge Loss: 1.9kgs

Excersize - 4 days out of 7... not quite my target, but I'm pleased with it anyway.

Well ten days of crappy food caught up with me earlier this week - my weight rose up to 124.4 by Saturday. So while it does look like I've put on weight this week, I'm actually pretty pleased with how quickly I've bounced back. I've lost 1.3kgs since Saturday... Okay, I'm not going to be Slimmer of the month this month, but I am making the changes I need to improve my health for life, and I'm proud of that.

That's my thinking Kate - this is not a change that I am making overnight, but an ongoing effort to stay healthy.

Been slack posting my results for the last two wks. On Wed I weighed in at 70.4kg. I have a feeling over Easter I have put on some weight. I managed to stay away from the choccies and desert. But 4 different BBQs with family and friends ( although staying clear of sausages) has made it a little hard. Will have to work extra hard next wk!

Hi Kate,
I have been good for the last few days. FatMonkey and I, we have been looking at photos taken from the camera phone. We look fat. Naturally we are blaming the camera phone for squashing our face in the photo but I think we just need to lose some weight as well. Yes, we are getting closer to our goal but we better be strong for a bit longer, else back to square one.

Thank you for your supportive comments! I will tell FatMonkey your message. Thank you very much!

You are always an inspiration!
