Week7

Postby FatGarfield » Tue Apr 17, 2007 11:22 am

FatMonkey (Boyfriend of FatGarfield)
========
Week1: 73.0 kilos
Week5: 74.5 kilos
Week6: 71.8 kilos
Week7: 72.0 kilos

FatGarfield:
========
Week1: 53.0 kilos
Week5: 52.5 kilos
Week6: 51.7 kilos
Week7: 52.5 kilos

Loss so far: 0.5 kilos
Loss to go: 1.5 kilos

Challenge goal: 51 kilos

Excuses for last week:
1) A bit sick after the dentist visit
2) Very stressed with house hunting
3) A few things broke down at home. Too much running around doing research to try to buy the right thing at the best deals.

Plan:
Wont let anything to be excuses. At the very least, stop putting on weight, stop eating too much, I must leave some food for the rest of the world...

Hi Kate,
Thank you Kate. I will keep my chin up and keep going. Tonight I am going shopping to fill up the fridge with healthy food. Also we will vacuum the car as exercise. I will be busy cooking and doing some work compo insurance forms. There are a few weeks left. I have already set an easy goal of reaching 51 (just 2 kilos reduction). I have to work on it. So far it is like going too quickly, lose weight very quickly, then craving sets in and eat like there is no tomorrow and put it back on or worse. I have to take things more slowly.
