Im going to do my own 12 week challenge. Here's the gist-
RECOMMENDATIONS (NOT RULES)
daily diary entry about feelings (eg, hunger, emotions etc)
food diary if needed (i dont need one because im on Lite & Easy and my food plan is on my fridge)!
do at least one new thing each week which will make me healthier/ fitter/ happier.
substitute one bad habit for one good one whenever possible.
lose between 5kg-12kg by end of challenge
make going to the gym a regular event in my schedule.
cut down on diet pepsi (im an addict)
if i can meet all my goals by the end of the challenge, i will finally do what ive always wanted- change my hair colour from brownish/blonde to platinum blonde!! to match my new hottness
if anyone wants to try a challenge with me, doesnt have to use my rules/goals/rewards, that would be sweet!!!!!!!!
