Week 2 - 58 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 3 - 57.8 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 4 - 58.4 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 5 - 57.9 kgs - Weight training - 1
Week 6 - 58.5 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 7 - 59.5 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 8 - 59.3 kgs - Weight training - 1




Weight Goal - maintain under 60kgs.
Exercise Goal - do weight training at least 2 times per week.

Week 5 - 93.8kg
Week 6 - 92.8kg
Week 7 - 92.0kg
Week 8 - 91.0kg

Challenge loss so far - 8.6kg

Challenge goal weight - 89kg

Here I come 80's :D

Week 2: 124.8 kgs
Week 3: 123.7 kgs
Week 4: 122.9 kgs
Week 5: 122.7 kgs
Week 6: 123.1 kgs
Week 7: 122.8 kgs
Week 8: 122.0 kgs

Loss this week: 0.8kgs
Total Challenge Loss: 3kgs

SOOO close to under than 122kgs mark! Fingers crossed for next week - although it should be possible, it's TTOM at the moment.

:( well after I've counted all my wrinkles and grey hairs... I'm off to see Miss Saigon in the afternoon, then out to dinner at the Titanic theatre restauant in the evening. It is going to be a very busy day, so hopefully no time to think about how old I am :cry:
