Is one day at a time.........................
I really need to do this I feel that I have totally lost the plot, I hate myself for being so weak, but so many of you on this forum have achieved such great results, while I have been absent I could slap myself :lol: for being so slack

hey pam one day and one step is all it takes seriously. its easier to get used to the lifestyle changes if you take it slow and get used to new habits :)

Pam dont be SO hard on yourself! I know i'm the same i'm sitting here with the shakes craving for coke AND how much longer i can stop myself from breaking it i dunno the last time was 4 days.. now it's a week AND I think that is weak!!

like said earlier one day at a time.. we learnt to crawl b4 we walked and then walked b4 we ran.. we need to do this too.. i'm hooting for you girl keep it up!
