Week 2 - 58 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 3 - 57.8 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 4 - 58.4 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 5 - 57.9 kgs - Weight training - 1
Week 6 - 58.5 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 7 - 59.5 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 8 - 59.3 kgs - Weight training - 1
Week 9 - 58.6 kgs - Weight training - 2




Weight Goal - maintain under 60kgs.
Exercise Goal - do weight training at least 2 times per week.

Well again Ive skipped a week weighing in although I am FINALLY under 70!!! I weighed in today at 69.4kg.... OMG, so exciting! 3 weeks to lose 1.4kg to reach my challenge goal.

Week 4 - 95.6kg
Week 5 - 93.8kg
Week 6 - 92.8kg
Week 7 - 92.0kg
Week 8 - 91.0kg
Week 9 - 90.4kg

Challenge loss so far - 9.2kg

Challenge goal weight - 89kg

Here I come 80's :D

Week 4: 49.8kg
Week 5: 50.0kg
Week 6: 49.5kg
Week 7: 49.8kg
Week 8: 49.4kg
Week 9: 49.3kg

Mini goal:
Week 11 - under 48.5kg (it's my birthday, I'll be 30! )
