Week 3 - 57.8 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 4 - 58.4 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 5 - 57.9 kgs - Weight training - 1
Week 6 - 58.5 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 7 - 59.5 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 8 - 59.3 kgs - Weight training - 1
Week 9 - 58.6 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 10 - 58.7 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 11 - 59 kgs - Weight training - 0 :oops: failed miserably here!




Weight Goal - maintain under 60kgs.
Exercise Goal - do weight training at least 2 times per week

Week 4: 49.8kg
Week 5: 50.0kg
Week 6: 49.5kg
Week 7: 49.8kg
Week 8: 49.4kg
Week 9: 49.3kg
Week 10: 49.4kg
Week 11: 49.0kg

Finally some downward movement... hopefully it will continue!

Week 10 - 90.2kg
Week 11 - 89.0kg

Challenge loss so far - 10.6kg

Challenge goal weight - 89kg - achieved this week :D :D :D !

lol...what's a photo :wink: ? I have never been a fan of the camera (even in my thinner days) so it's going to be a challenge in itself to have a photo taken. Never say never...miracles do happen!
