Week 2 - 58 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 3 - 57.8 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 4 - 58.4 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 5 - 57.9 kgs - Weight training - 1
Week 6 - 58.5 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 7 - 59.5 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 8 - 59.3 kgs - Weight training - 1
Week 9 - 58.6 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 10 - 58.7 kgs - Weight training - 2
Week 11 - 59 kgs - Weight training - 0 failed miserably here!
Week 12 - 58.7 kgs - Weight training - 1

Oh well I kept the weight down and have gotten better with doing my weights but haven't felt the best health wise for the last 2 weeks so not much of an excuse though.

Goal - maintain weight under 60kgs
Goal - complete weight training twice a week
Kim - To thine own self be true

Looks like I'm still working off last weekend's birthday binge :roll: I snuck a peek a few days ago and it said 51.2kg, so I can't reaaally complain... :(

Challenge goal: 65kg
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
