Challenges- 1st goal

I have decided my first goal, weight wise, will be to

lose 7kgs during the 12 week challenge (my first).

Am I being unrealistic? I currently weigh 107kgs.

I hope to eventually reach a goal weight of 75 kgs, though I

haven't set a time frame for that.

One day at a time....

No I dont think its unrealistic at all. Good on you for making a goal like that. I hope I can be strong like you are !!

Dont they say its healthy to lose a half to a kilo each week?
