Hey guys - not sure how this should work in the first week, but I guess if you've weighed in at some time during the week, pop it in here. Then on Sunday I'll create another thread for the week ahead and hopefully we'll start seeing some real progress :D

okies, I'm in too. Hopefully, by the end of 12 weeks I will be at goal.


start - 75kg :roll:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Okey Dokey..as of last Monday (4th June) I was 85 kgs :roll:

My weigh in days are on Mondays so if it's okay with you lot I'll stick to that and post my results each Monday...does that make sense?? LOL.

I'm hoping that I'll have something to report to you all with come Monday :? *starts to chew nails nervously*

Goal for 12 weeks: 68kg

Pretty good I rekon considering I didn't do any exercise, and have been sitting on my bum studying all day every day

UGH Just been to the GP, and got weighed :( Have to change my starting weight to 110.5 :x Not 109 rrrrrrr oh well, at least its a starting point....Ill change my ticker and will weigh in again next Sunday :(

Just a thought, Grace - use only one of scales to weigh yourself. If you're going by a pair at home, use those and those only as your guide, otherwise your weight will be all over the place! Ignore me if you're only using your GP's scales.

Well on Friday I was 50.0kg, but on Saturday I checked again and it had gone down to 49.4kg :?

Let's just say...

My weigh in for this week was on the 4th of June and was the weight I used for my start weight :?
