Just weighed in this morning and...

Yaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy I've lost another kg !! :D :D

Can't believe I've lost 3 kgs in 3 weeks..that's super fab for me :wink:

Stayed the same this week (98.2kg) Totally fine with it though :)

Havent really tracked food for a couple of weeks, so I started that again today and have also started planned exercise again so I will see where that takes me to at next weigh-in.

Week 1 105.0kg
Week 2 103.6kg
Week 3 103.5kg

Although 0.1 loss is not high I am pleased not to have bounced back up, I am taking Emmas advice above and refocussing my efforts... see ya all next week :)

Week 1: 65.8kg
Week 2: 66kg
Week 3: 65.9kg

Challenge goal: 59kg

Runs - 1
Stretching - 2
Taekwondo - 2
Group exercise classes - 1
Gym workout - 1

Lots of walking with the dog.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Week 1: 49.4kg
Week 2: 49.4kg (waist 69.5cm, bodyfat 18.4%, fat 9.1kg)
Week 3: 49.3kg (waist 69.5cm, bodyfat 21.5%, fat 10.6kg)

Week 12 goal: less than 49kg (waist less than 69cm, bodyfat 15%, fat less than 7kgs)

I'm still learning how to use my new calipers. I think the increase in body fat is due to operator error (with a little contribution from the amount of food I have been gobbling up!! :roll: )
