Hmmmmm I am now thinking I have set my challenge goal too high
The first 15kg that I lost seem to come off really easy. Looks like the next 15 are going to take forever.
Exercised 5 days out of 7 this past week. Guess I will plod along, making sure I exercise and eat properly and hope that I get a better loss next week.
