I have a ditzy question! Is it kms in actual, structured exercise or how much you walk/move in a day?
Highest Weight - 93kgs
Current Weight - 68.3kgs
Goal Weight - 65kgs

hey shelbel if you know how many km's you have walked a day then that can count as well. basically if you use a treadmill, bike, rower, x trainer etc keep track of your km's you have done and add them. if you walk down the street and know how many km's you have gone you can add them too :)

i want to do this... but im not sure how many kms.. (if even one) my cool running is covering.... do u think if i got the distance from where is.com for the roads that i cover i could use that?
