I have just started and weigh 98kg and have set myself a short term goal to try and lose 7-9 kg by my bday on sept 14. Thats about 1 kg per week so I think its realistic?! Hopefully anyway lol. I would love to weigh in the 80s rather than in the 90s, but ultimately if I know that I have been eating well and exercising every day than I will be pleased with myself. My boys(dogs) will be happy as they will be getting extra walks from their mum as well as their dad
