Well I weighed in this morning before going to work, only to get the shock of my life :shock: my scales said that I lost 2 kgs last week..!!

WOW, that's HUGE for me :)

I've now lost 9 kgs in 10 weeks.

Week 1: 49.4kg
Week 2: 49.4kg (bodyfat 18.4%, fat 9.1kg)
Week 3: 49.3kg (bodyfat 21.5%, fat 10.6kg)
Week 4: 49.5kg (bodyfat 20.4%, fat 10.1kg)
Week 5: 50.2kg (bodyfat 20.8%, fat 10.4kg)
Week 6: 49.8kg (bodyfat 21.5%, fat 10.7kg)
Week 7: 49.6kg (bodyfat 19.1%, fat 9.5kg)
Week 8: 50.2kg (bodyfat 20.8%, fat 10.4kg)
Week 9: 50.0kg (bodyfat 21.1%, fat 10.6kg)

Goal for week 12: 49.0kg... or less!

Can it be done?? :?
