So how are we all tracking for the August challenge
I have lost 2.5 kilos in the month I had to check back and see what I started at
and I was complaining to myself about my slow journey but just over .5 a week will suit me down to the ground and this time next year I will be at my weight I want to be

Hey... My next official weigh in day is on the 31st, but I can tell you that on the 23rd, I weighed in at 121.4kg, giving me a loss to date of around 9.6kg for this month. I don't know for sure, but I feel I may have lost another 2kg by the end of this cycle of 8 days when I weigh in. Will post my final weight then.

I'm very pleased with my progress. This is basically what my DR and I set out to achieve in the first place. An aggressive weight loss procedure. It is not a recommended method for most people I have been led to believe. The Dr only used this method for myself because of my history. And the limited time frame I have, to return to my usual fitness level that I lost after an injury. It does feel great though. I am back to a weight that I was at in about 2003. I haven't been this light for about 4 years.
