March 27 goal - definitely 6 kgs so, 78kgs but I'd really like at least 10kgs so 74kgs (weight b4 CFS)
It is the first time I have tried to lose weight without daily exercise so not sure how much I can shift. By way of explanation, I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome ("CFS") and can only exercise on my better days (which a few and far between) but no fear, I love a challenge.

Hi everyone, I'm also a late starter, but hey think about the hare & the tortoise here ....
My starting weight today, 8 January is 97.4 kg & my goal by the 25 March is 85 kg.
