goal for March 25th is 79kg

Starting weight: 86kg

March 25th Goal weight: 80kg

well im a bit slow getting my act together but my starting weight was 115.6kg......my goal weight by march is between 90-100kg.

January 2 starting weight - 84kgs

March 27 goal - definitely 6 kgs so, 78kgs but I'd really like at least 10kgs so 74kgs (weight b4 CFS)

It is the first time I have tried to lose weight without daily exercise so not sure how much I can shift. By way of explanation, I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome ("CFS") and can only exercise on my better days (which a few and far between) but no fear, I love a challenge.

I don't exactly know how much I am at the moment, but I think I am about 156kg. I resume WW on Tuesday.

By march, I'd like to have lost 20Kg.

So for the next 3 months, I am going flat out into diet and exercsie and if I haven't lost 20Kg by March, that's it. I'm going for lap banding.

Hi everyone, I'm also a late starter, but hey think about the hare & the tortoise here ....
My starting weight today, 8 January is 97.4 kg & my goal by the 25 March is 85 kg.

I'm a late starter as well:

68kgs is curent weight.
62kgs is goal weight for end of March.
11weeks
At least 550grams per week.

Just got back from my first weigh-in since Christmas, well I knew it wouldn't be good but I was hoping it was not quite so bad. :(

I knew I had had too many wines and Scotch and Cokes (Diet) over Christmas an New Year. I am back on track now and have been exercising everyday (1 Mile walking DVD)

SW: 110.65

CW: 112.9

Gained 2.25
