Brilliant, Tegan... imagine if you did it on a flat course? You'd be killing the 10km/60 min barrier... well done!!! :D

congrats teagan on your run!!! looks like lots of ppl did the run this year. gets bigger and bigger!! i avoid town that day!! way too busy. when i worked at kfc everyone used to come in and get food after the race!! you would deserve it after a 10k run!

Yeah, it was big this year. I was kinda glad I did it down here for that reason - I don't like big crowds.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Your such an inspiration Tegan. I cant run for 100 meters let alone 10km!
