So quite some time ago I was VERY fit, basically averaging about 10k runs every day. Now I can barely do 4 km's but then I get lazy and just jump off.
So my challenge for the next month is to gradually bring my distance up to 8kms per day.
I'm thinking of inceasing my distance 1km per week.
And for week one: 4km per day (obviously
I'll check in Sunday coming to note my progress (or earlier if I get overly excited..... or fail :/)
