So quite some time ago I was VERY fit, basically averaging about 10k runs every day. Now I can barely do 4 km's but then I get lazy and just jump off.

So my challenge for the next month is to gradually bring my distance up to 8kms per day.

I'm thinking of inceasing my distance 1km per week.

And for week one: 4km per day (obviously :lol: )

I'll check in Sunday coming to note my progress (or earlier if I get overly excited..... or fail :/)

Great challenge Zero.

Are you running on the tready or outside?

I need to plot some new courses nearby as the weather gets a bit warmer :)
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Hey Zero what a great challenge! I too am having the same problems with keeping myself motivated with running. I'm doing the City to Bay (12km) in just under 1 month and I am really struggling to keep myself on the treadmill for more than 20 minutes :( So, I hope you don't mind, but I am giong to join your challege so I hopefully can complete the 12Km in under 1hr 20min this year!

Lol i definitely dont mind! I'm quite flattered that you're giving it a go :D

Anyway, as for progress, so far so good. Was really puffed out last night but I managed. Was pretty sore this morning though. I think I need to stretch more....
