New 12 Week Challenge??

May I ask that we have a new 12 week Challenge set up for the months of Sept, Oct + Nov please??

Also, can it begin on Monday 3rd Sept.??? as I need something to keep me motivated and on track

I meant to say that I will participate but I'll be unable to run it again as I'll be out of internet access for almost a month

Sara, you'll find the challenge will be posted under the "Special Topics" forum once the site's admin has been contacted. It's just a matter of posting your current weight, goal weight and then checking in each week to note your progress (or in my case, lack of )

Don't be so hard on yourself we all fall into the slumps, as I am sure after the first big loss that usually happens then it starts to taper out. We all have to be strong when that comes along. You have done a great job, I know you can continue, it's just one of those days for you.
