My exercise every day for a week challenge

Postby cometcupid » Thu Aug 30, 2007 5:19 pm

... I'm starting tomorrow (famous last words - but there really is no physically possible way I can today. I've exercised for the past 3 days though) and I propose that I do 7 days of exercise in a row. Obviously some of these days will include (at min) a 30 min walk, but I would like to do at least 3 days cardio too.

really tempted to binge right now...it's almost all I can think about... eep... :(

Try chewing some gum or brushing your teeth - peppermint and food is yuck so it's a good incentive not to binge
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
