My challenge is going to be very difficult for me, but i know that i have the power to do it.
I challenge myself to go for a 1hour walk every day for the next 3-4 months, also i will weigh myself on a weekly basis. Even if the scale shows me something i'm not looking foward to, i will be proud that i've tried.
Also, i challenge myself to go to my local gym every day also, doing 1hour of cardio, and another hour of weights..
I also challenge myself to get the usual amount of sleep, staying up till 2 or 3am, and waking up at 12pm or 2pm isnt healthy. It's 2am now :/.
My second last challenge is to distance myself from coke, it's been the main cause of my weight gain, i want to completely take it out of my life.
And finally, my last challenge is to come to this part of the forum every day, and tell everyone if i have completed these challenges.
I know with the ongoing support that i've gotten from this community, it will be that much easier.'
