:( Well, I didn't have any weight-loss this's not surprising tho..I barely got to do any exercise at all...(sick Toddler ALL week :( ) and I made some baaaad choices during the week too. :roll: :oops:

I'm still stuck on 75 kgs :roll: :? so this week it's back to reality and back to the drawing board. :wink:

Not so good!! Started at 62kgs this week and put on 1 kg so I am 63kg :cry: I know that I have eaten badly so I know I need to get back on track!! Make better food choices and exercise more!! Hoping to turn it around this week!! Fingers and toes crossed!!!

Well Ive dropped a kilo going from 62kg to 61kg, however I had put on a kilo due to TTOTM so I think the loss was just fluid. So back to 61kg again...

I'm going up and down and up and down between 58-60... so I'll just leave my ticker where it is... hopefully on this second week of exercise, my body will settle at 57kg :D hehe

Ooh, I'm a bit late in on this.

Goal 50.0kg 14.0% body fat.

Currently 52.0kg 15.7% body fat

Blah, I've put on 2kg and 1.7% body fat. I did eat a lot. Oh well, I'll just have to go running tomorrow and wednesday before army. I should also go on thursday and friday and saturday. I hate this stupid time of month.
Current weight 50.4kg
Current Fat % 13.5%

Fat % 14.0%

I'm joining this week.
I lost 2kg last week through LOTS of exercise, but keeping my calories up at about 1400-1500.

I'm hoping to lose another 2 this week before I go back to uni, then I'll decrease my calorie deficit and go back to losing 1/week.

Last week = 74kgs
This week = 76kgs

Ahhhh no more binging for me. I have 8kgs to lose for this 12 week challenge. I will do it. I have devised a 12 week exercise plan to follow and sticking to my 14000 cals a day on CK. I can do this :D

Next week I will report a loss, even though it'll be my starting weight on this forum (lol) I want to see 75kgs :D
Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs

No more weighing, no more scales. My measurement is my success at health. It's an investment I make every single day. My priority: be healthy!

Damn I'm a bit late for this! But I'm gonna start now and join in anyway :D

Well done to all of those who have lost weight so far on the challenge, and keep-a-trying to all the others, remember, we've all had weeks where we have gained or not lost any, so just pick up and keep going :-)

Current weight - 81.4kg
Ultimate goal for now is 65kg, I'll reassess that when I get close to it though.
