Help!

I need some help to stay on track, I ate so much today because I was out all afternoon with my daughter. I did LOTS of exercise, so i'm still below my calories for the day, but I feel like I've unravelled all my work for the week. I ate 2100 calories and exercised for 1068cal.

I hope that scale is down at the end of the week - i'll have to work super hard tomorrow![/b]

I think the best advice to give you is to not beat yourself up over having consumed what you would consider too many calories. We all splurge out now and then, and you clearly havn't lost your motivation at all! - because you picked up straight away and did exercise to counter the extra calories. :D

But make sure you don't over-do the exercise! Not only can you burn yourself out or make your body ache too much for moderate exercise the next day, but it -is- possible to develop an exercise disorder. Just keep it nice and steady, and you won't have any problems getting the weight off :-D

thanks for the reply. I just really want to lose another kilo before uni goes back on monday. I am exercising a lot lately, but it's only for this week because it's holidays and I don't have much to do when the baby is asleep. I'll go back to my 1hr/day next week when I'm back at uni.

I'm not feeling guilty about it anymore, because I had fun out at dinner and I'm back on track pretty quickly.

On word of the specialist I am to put my scales away (sent em to my sisters ;) ) and only weigh with him once a month, so I will report back in 4 weeks from now :) Starting weight (at specialists) 120.9kgs :D

06 Sept= 165 (75kg)- i've put ON weight over the last week!
09 Sept= 161.5 (73.4kg)(-3.5 whoo hoo!!!)
16 Sept= 155.8 (70.8kg) (-5.7 this week)

I have lost 4kg in 10 days, that is more than I have been able to lose in my whole life. I have been working so hard, so I'm very happy to see results!
