I am now 74kgs..!!! Wooo Hooooo.. :D :D

aaahhhhhhhhhh finally getting back on track. :wink:

Woo-hoo go you! :D I can't wait til I'm 74kg!!

Last week I lost 1.4kg, going from 81.4 kg to 80.0 kg.

My goal for this week is to lose 1.3kg, dropping me to 78.7 kg.

I'm so excited because I know it's easily achieveable, it's like waiting to open a gift you know you have under the christmas tree :D

I would wish you good luck, but keep up the effort guys and you won't need it :D

Last week 97kg (Thursday, will be weighing in on Tuesday's from now)

Current weight - 94.4 kg

Ultimate goal for now is 58 - 60 kg

12 Week Challenge Goal - 85 kg
Start 99kg
Current 86.6kg
1st Goal 85
2nd " 75
3rd " 65
END 58 - 60kg!

Week 2 = 76kgs :shock: :oops:
Week 3 = 74.4kgs
Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs
