Start Weight = 165 (75kg)- i've put ON weight over the last week!
09 Sept= 161.5 (73.4kg)(-3.5 whoo hoo!!!)
16 Sept= 155.8 (70.8kg) (-5.7 this week)
23 Sept= 155.8 (70.8kg) (none!)
30 Sept=

Total so far: 9.2lbs

I was so excited about jumping on the scale this morning and now I am so disappointed that I didn't lose this week - I worked soooooooo hard!
I hope it's just water weight because I had a lot to drink last night. I had a hangover and skipped breakfast and then because I was tired and hungry I ate all afternoon. I thought 'why bother' when all my hard work did nothing. This was silly and I'm jumping straight back on track and hopefully I'll show a loss next week!

Thanks for the encouragement Kate,
I did an okay job today, I just need to exercise. I am afraid to start in case my daughter wakes up and I'll have to stop, but I guess I'll just have to get off my bum and do it.
