hey jules,
hows the challenge going? I'm just new here but if you want a buddy (someone to compete/get support from) I'll give it a shot. I know for me motivation comes a lot from other people whether it be like a little competition or just someone there to give you a little push. Anyway - let me know!

Hi ya guys well its 2.6kgs lost this month between the 25th sept and 25th october so that 2.6 kgs in 4 weeks . I need to push it a little more to lose the 10 kgs in ten weeks
