Thanx for that Kate my Lovely :) I was waaaayyyyy out of action to organise it myself yesterday :oops: :(

Well, I've had to do my weigh-in today :roll: as I went to work @ midnight the night before + ended up doing a 12 hour shift :shock: which meant I was sooooo tired when I got home so didn't log in. And then to top it all off, I was crook all arvo :roll: :? so that didn't help the situation either...SO SORRY EVERYONE :oops:

Anyway, on a brighter note, I'm down 1 more kg this week to 73 kgs :D Wooo Hoooo...!!

How is everyone else doing this week?? :wink:

I just bought a fitball today! I was getting bored with the exercise that I was doing, so I've decided to mix it up a bit. Apparently, 15 sit ups on the ball are equivalent to 100 sit ups on the floor, so it should be good for my waistline!

I don't have a pump, so I'm getting enough exercise from just blowing it up. lol

basically its a 12 weeks challenge but you can join in whatever stage you like :) you just state what you would like to weigh at the end of the 12 weeks and each week you come back and record your weight in the corrosponding week. its a great way to keep track of your progress and there are no tangible prizes just the fact that you know what you have achieved during that time.

Morning People

Well i have looked at my goals.

In 12 Weeks i would like to be 10 kilos lighter. Current weight 135kg. Baby steps for me. My treat if reaching my goal will be new nails :lol:

Will start this Challenge as of 24th September as diet has been underway for 2 weeks before.

week 2 (my week 1) 97 kg

week 3 94.4 kg

week 4 94.4 kg

Ultimate goal for now is 58 - 60 kg

12 Week Challenge Goal - 85 kg

I didn't weigh myself this week because of my holiday so am just sticking at 94.4kg, lets hope I didn't put on any weight while away and that I'll be 94.4kg or less next week!!!!!!
Start 99kg
Current 86.6kg
1st Goal 85
2nd " 75
3rd " 65
END 58 - 60kg!

Start Weight = 165 (75kg)- i've put ON weight over the last week!
09 Sept= 161.5 (73.4kg)(-3.5 whoo hoo!!!)
16 Sept= 155.8 (70.8kg) (-5.7 this week)
23 Sept= 155.8 (70.8kg) (none!)
30 Sept= 153 (69.5kg) (-2.6)

Total for 12 week challenge: 11.8lbs (5.3kg)

Only 4.5 more to go!!
