week 2: 102kg
week 3 : 100kg
week 4: 98kg

loss this week: 2kg
total loss: 3kg
goal: 90kg
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Week 2 = 96.1 kg
Week 3 = 95.9 kg
Week 4 = 96.3 kg

Total Loss so far 1.4 kg
Goal === 90.0 kg

Hi guys,

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. My results are:

Week 1: 113kg
Week 2: 110.3
Week 3: 111.3
Week 4: 109.8

Loss this week - 1.5kg.

I know what you mean Dolly. I find there are certain foods that pack on the kilos - sadly, it's usually my favourites!!!!!! As I learnt from all of you, It's only one weekend in a lifetime of weekends. Whilst our goal is to lose weight and be healthy, we also need to remember that it's life and there are going to be weekends of indulgence. What's important is the wonderful attitude you have and how infectious it is in inspiring me as well as so many others on this site.

Lost 200grams this week. Every small step counts! :D

Wk4: 89.6 - yay! :D Finally! I've been rather naughty and undiciplined lately, so it's good to see what happens when you jump back into it!

HHHMMMM well here we go again.
Week 1 - 71kgs
Week 2 - 71kgs
Week 3 - 71kgs
Start of Week 4 - hmmm can you guess. Groov's has done it again!!!! 71kgs. I think I should get the award for the most stable weight of all time!!!! :?
So being really good and keeping my fingers crossed didn't seem to work. But then again it's that time of the month(well it's 6 weeks with me so month is not really accurate!) and I tend to hold a lot of fluid for the first few days. So will weigh myself again maybe Wednesday and just see if maybe, just maybe, something might have happened!

Congrats to all those who have lost weight. You have all done so well. So put a great big smile on your face and give yourselves a pat on the back. You all deserve it. :D

Hi there All

WELL DONE to all that have lost this week - BIG CLAPS!!! :D

Week 1: SLACK!!
Week 2: 65kg
Week 3: 63kg
Week 4: 63kg still :(

Have been really slack with the exercising. Not feeling really good about the whole weight loss thing today but I am sure I will get over it!

stick with it. I know it's demoralising, but there's no point giving up! If you're just starting, maybe your body is still trying to figure out exactly what is going on. If not, maybe try to shake things up a little - do some exercise you never have before, try eating completely new foods. Take a look at your food and exercise diary and see if you can figure where there might be a problem.

And remember: winners never quit and quitters never win!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
