stick with it. I know it's demoralising, but there's no point giving up! If you're just starting, maybe your body is still trying to figure out exactly what is going on. If not, maybe try to shake things up a little - do some exercise you never have before, try eating completely new foods. Take a look at your food and exercise diary and see if you can figure where there might be a problem.
And remember: winners never quit and quitters never win!
