For anyone in the challenge to lose 100kgs

for anyone who is in the challenge ( newbies can join at any time along the challenge to help reach our goal) i challenge us all to atleast everyday or wkly for those who prefer to reply on how they went with these goals:

* to do a min of 20mins a day of exercise
* to drink atleast 1.5lts of water a day
* to have 1 piece of fruit
* to have 1 vegie
* to have 1 serve of protien
* to have 1 serve of dairy
* to say something nice to urself or someone else

for anyone who would like a kick up the butt hehe when u reply let us know that u would like to post daily to keep on track and if u go a day without replying i will or anyone else will message u to see how ur going and let u know that u didnt post how ur day went.

yep im in :) i might make mine to drink 1L of water cos that'll be hard enough for me! :lol: lol. i need a kick up the butt :lol:

p.s. what happens if you eat more than 1 serve?

it's a minimum of 1 serve kate :) just something to aim for for people who don't normally get at least 1 serve of each :)

hehe kate just reply each day if u did everything i asked, if u have more than 1 serve then way to go. Its just some people dont even 1 serve of things in. I hardly have vegies so this will be a challenge just to have one serve hehe and i can go a day without water so now im gonna have one serve of each food group and drink more and exercise everyday.

i also might change my exercise if that's ok deb, i'm gona make it to go to the gym at least 4 times a week. that's more realistic with stupid uni lol

whatever works aslong as we're exercising weekly then we can make our goal of 100kgs.

I might struggle with the fruit and dairy as I eat hardly any of these, but I'll make up for it with the veggies and the excercise :)

* to drink atleast 1.5lts of water a day - tick
* to have 1 piece of fruit- errr no
* to have 1 vegie - more than that.
* to have 1 serve of protien - more than that
* to have 1 serve of dairy - more than that
* to say something nice to urself or someone else - i told mick that i hoped he felt better as he has the flu and his asthma has been triggered by it
