* to have 1 piece of fruit- yes, more
* to have 1 vegie- umm, no veg for 2 days then yesterday i did
* to have 1 serve of protein- yep, nuts....yummmm
* to have 1 serve of dairy -yep, more than 1
* to say something nice to urself or someone else- i think so, haven't replied for a few days and i forget, but i'm pretty sure i did...hehe
My 1/2 way mini goal is here next Wed Nov 14, and that's my next weigh in...hope it's good...eek.
