I've just joined today, and have made up a mini goal to start me off. It's also posted in the Curvaceous and Courageous section.
Short version: I am aiming to lost 5 kgs in a month
Overall, i've got 50 kilos to shed, so I think this is doable, if I stick to the plan and don't go and binge eat. It'll be a nice kickstart for me if I can manage to do it.
I'd like to invite anyone else to join this challenge with me. To share their highs and lows, and their progress over the next month.

I need all the support I can get, and would love to help others on their path as well.
My first weigh-in will be on Sunday, 11 November. I won't be touching a scale between now and then, because I want to focus on healthy eating and exercise, and not numbers. So it will either be a good surprise or a bad shock when I do eventually weigh in.
