Well I went very over board today, :evil: fatty sugary stuff! OK here's my list of consumed BAD stuff today

Mars Bar (which gave me a headache
KFC for dinner, which I tried to be good really I did but I still overate
And here's the killer of calories 3 and a half donuts!
I am now over on my cals in Calorie King, its the first time I have been over :(

I'm so disappointed in myself but I know that tomorrow is another day......

You've had a lapse... Which brings knowledge.

You have changed your lifestyle... So remember - everything in moderation.

I think the key that most of us (including myself) need to learn is that it doesn't have to be ALL OR NOTHING!

Like you said, tomorrow is a new day... You can't change the past. You will learn from today... And put your new found wisdom into action for the future.

Don't be too hard on yourself. It's normal!

Hey Tam tomooorw is another day! And you have done sooo well so far, you are wroing your ass off in exercise so dont be too hard on yourself, these things happen but chin up girl tomoorow is a new day!

hey tam

im sure you will get back on track tomorrow, you have had a lot going on this past week i probably would have done the same thing in your shoes. donuts are sooo yum but are sooo calorie-laden. *sigh* its not fair

Remember, it's what you do 80% of the time that counts! You said this is the first time you have gone over calories.. that's a great effort! :)

It happens, just forget it and move on.. you're going really well. You CAN do this :)
