ok, after dinner 5 bikkies, an ovaltine, and 3 pieces bread..... It seems I just get the taste for food sometimes. I'm going to go drink a heap of water to fill my bottomless pit of a tummy up
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Anyways... I think the hardest thing to learn is that this new lifestyle is about everything in moderation - NOT all or nothing! Don't worry... It's the hardest thing for me to learn also!
